The Toru Toaster designed by Nendo for Alessi, focuses on the fundamentals, combining an elegantly proportioned form with polished stainless steel. In Japanese, “Toru” means “through”, so-called because of its distinguishing feature, two black handles which allow the toaster to be easily moved around. Two toasting compartments with adjustable toasting period. Once the toasting process is complete, the lever springs up automatically and the bread slices can be removed. Defrost, toast and bagel function included. The ultimate accessory for any designer kitchen. UK plug.
