1995: Design Evolution
Aria expands into a second, larger store. Founders Pushpa and David decide to share their passion for interior design and sourcing unique product collections with a new store specialising in furniture and lighting.
1989: Aria Tableart
The first store was opened at 133 Upper Street, a former 18th Century music school building was rescued and transformed by Aria founders David Smith and Pushpa Gulhane. In the early days “Aria Table Art” specialised in one-off sculptural artwork and later expanded into jewellery and fashion accessories.
