Throughout the 1930s he developed a series of decorative vases compelled by his passion for glass, Aalto was constantly searching for new ways to work with the material.

The Cosmos of Jaime Hayón
Jaime Hayón was born in Madrid in 1974, from a young age he was immersed within skateboard and street art culture, informing his early design aesthetic, with bold colours and otherworldly forms. After studying industrial design in Madrid and Paris, he founded Hayon studio in 2001, going on to develop collections for globally-recognised design houses including Fritz Hansen.
