Extending designer Aino-Maija Metsola’s tales from the forest series, the Kurre (Finnish for 'squirrel') pattern presents a lively brood of squirrels collecting and hiding nuts – squirrels were a common sight in the designer’s childhood yard. The initial artwork was created on paper using a brush and ink. Designed for Marimekko, the Oiva style plate is made of dishwasher-, oven-, microwave-, and freezer-safe white stoneware.
Please remove the sticker from the bottom of the product before use. The sticker contains a small amount of metal.
