Lovely dish, shame about the packing and service

I bought two of these beautiful dishes, but they both arrived broken due to being sent in a rather insubstantial box. My initial contact with Aria was good and I sent the requested photos that day. That was eleven days ago and I have heard absolutely nothing since.
