Elegant and minimalist, the Sharky Chair is crafted from a polyurethane structure that lends it a light, dynamic feel. The body is constructed from a single, fluid shape that is ergonomically moulded to ensure ultimate comfort. It is finished with soft, rounded corners and earns its name from two ‘fins’ at the rear. Influenced by nature, designers Eva Paster and Michael Geldmacher were inspired to create a chair that replicates the lightness and strength of shark fins. The result is a streamlined, sinuous yet durable seat that was rewarded with the Interior Innovation Award in 2015.

The Sharky Chair features a geometric leg structure that complements its fluid form and provides the structure with expert support. Its matte lacquered aluminium legs feature visible welding that is a reminder of the chair’s material quality and durability, design features that are characteristic of ‘made in Italy’ workmanship. A wide range of colours for the structure and the frame are available. The range of bright and natural hues including Dust Blue, Olive Green and Terracotta Brown are perfect for adding beauty and intrigue to your outdoor space, while the most classic shades of White, Black and Beige are perfect for illuminating the chair’s elegant and unique silhouette.
