A new addition to the iconic Plissé collection designed by Michele De Lucchi for Alessi, the Plissé electric citrus squeezer features the pleated matt surface in black. With a sculptural form, alluding to the folds of fabric, the Plissé is very much a piece of art as well as a practical kitchen tool – an essential tool for any designer kitchen.
The motor starts automatically when it senses the halved citrus fruit being pushed onto it, and a pop-out, non-drip spout means less mess. Place the cover on top, when it's not in use.
The timeless design of the case is in thermoplastic resin, with stainless steel fittings.
