SuperWire Floor Lamp

SuperWire, designed by Formafantasma for Flos, marries an industrial-style form with geometric lines, creating a striking series of installation lighting and modular lamps. Each light recalls the work of master glassmakers, fusing Italian glassmaking heritage with the latest technology in lighting design. Made of planar glass with polished aluminium fixtures, SuperWire combines tradition with modernity, simultaneously industrial, yet decorative.

The light source emits a warm and homogeneous light through the transparent hexagonal tube diffuser, the entire surface of the lamp is illuminated with a streamlined, flexible LED strip measuring fitted along the entire length of the lamp. This filament can be easily removed for replacement and repair. Comprised of two 75 cm tall modules, SuperWire stands on a steel tripod, creating a colossal statement light feature in any contemporary interior. An integrated dimmer is included for simple customisations to light ambience.
