Handcrafted in the UK, the Windsor Chair’s bow is steam bent from a single straight ash rail and shaped into an elegant profile. Constructed with the classic Windsor wedge joint, whereby the leg traverses directly through the seat and is reinforced by a wedge, forming a remarkably strong unity. This distinctive joint has become an integral element of the design. Strength is further reinforced by the H-underframe. Crafted from solid ash hardwood with a clear matte lacquer, highlighting the natural grain of the wood.
