The Colander Chair is an unusual yet practical design by Kristalia. Developed by Patrick Nourget, the chair is a nod to Kristalia's heritage, playing on the design of the trusty Italian kitchen utensil. Perforated like its namesake, the holes enable rain water to drain off when using it outdoors. Easily stackable, this chair is great for use in outdoor spaces and can also be used indoors. Crafted from a lightweight, unalterable painted aluminium frame in the same uniform colour as the seat and backrest. The body is constructed from an injection-moulded polypropylene seat and back with a delicate, perforated texture that earns it its name.
