Robot side table is the smaller version of Robot Too. The compact and practical side table is part of a range of sideboards, study desks, consoles and coat racks by &New, a contemporary furniture brand based in Leicester. Launched in 2014 by British-Finnish design duo Jo Wilton and Mirka Grohn, &New was tipped by Architectural Digest as one of 'five UK based brands and design studios worth keeping an eye on'. Distinctly minimal with elegant lines, the collection is driven by modern ideas with a reverence for traditional methods. Hand welded, the old fashion way, each piece is hand finished and built to last. With small spaces in mind, Robot looks great against period details as well as in modern interiors. The prestigious Design Guild Mark was awarded to &New in 2016 for excellence in design within the British furniture industry. &New are also proudly part of the Made in Britain campaign, which supports British manufacturing and helps customers to recognise British goods.
