One of the most iconic lights in the history of design, the Eclisse Lamp designed in 1966 by Vico Magistretti, has been reinvented in four brand new metallic finishes. In celebration of the 100 year anniversary of the designer, Artemide have relaunched this all-time favourite lamp in gloss copper, black, gold and silver finishes.

Combining utility with retro aesthetics, the foundation of Eclisse’s design lies in the adjustment of light intensity, via its rotating diffuser. Turning the interior sphere gently eclipses the light source, offering fully customised lighting for your space, whether placed on the desktop or at the beside as a compact reading lamp. While Eclisse functions primarily as a table lamp, its base features a mounting element, allowing it to be installed as a wall light.

Having established itself as a design classic, Eclisse features in the permanent collections of the MOMA New York and the Triennale Design Museum in Milan.
